worked for 6 and a half hours today, thats 390 minutes!!! i am totally exhausted from having to stand up for that long, plus i have a huge headache from serving total idiots of customers. then mum and the sister dragged me down to melbourne central. a very, very long day. so i've decided not to go to school tomorrow. i wont miss out on much, half the grade and heaps of teachers have gone to central australia so i dont think we'll be doing much work. plus it will be the only day for the next week i can sleep in, working the same hours next weekend. *sighs* yea i worked 5 and a half hours yesterday aswell. i was actually contemplating stabbing myself with the hash brown tongs or burning myself in the fry vat just to get out of work early. and yesterday, the evil manager was there the whole day. words cannot describe her evilness. once she fully abused me just because i put the fries in the wrong bin, and another time just because i spilt a drop of milk on the floor.
oh well, i get paid for it all.
torture + pain + exhaustion = $$$. is it worth it?

omg which reminds me, last night it was susannahs b'day party and adrian invited kath, then sim and andrea invited themselves somehow .. which stem and me agreed was so rude. so neway i went with mum to drop the sister off at the party cos i had nothing else to do and i was in my pj's and when we got there stem was there with kath. how rude, firstly for stem just tagging along after she agreed it was rude and secondly cos they didnt invite me! :'( sadness ... nobody luvs me.
finishing on a happier note, i am going to commence my plot in pursuading my dad to help pay for a horse this weekend. wish me luck.

note- remember to take horse studies home and DO IT .. everyone else in the class has sent their assignments off on time and finished all the modules, i've skipped one module, haven't finished any and haven't even started the assignment. shit

this shall be a very long post. be warned
i've started this new 'program' thingy where i write down everything i eat for a week, and kathryn does it aswell, then we get together on sunday and overview then feel extremely guilty, starve ourselves for a month and spend three hours a day on a treadmill. i'm hoping for some good results.
i had horse studies today, went to miranda riding school to do it. the teacher there is so .. whats the word .. blank? she doesn't seem to have much of a personality and it's just so boring to be around her .. sigh .. she's more of a horse person i suppose. anyway, we spent most of the morning with the farrier who was quite funny. kept commenting how horses were real 'shit stirrers' and 'seasonal bitches'. then we sat on the floor for 1 and a half hours straight watching the teacher clip her horse. very uninteresting. almost everyone in the class has a horse, i feel so deprived. i just sit there listening to them talk about what shows they went to on the weekend or their new saddles or how cute their horses are. very depressing. i need a horse, not want; need. and for gods sakes i don't know why dad won't just buy me one! not as if he can't afford it.
moving on. i'm not going to america anymore. mainly because of these stupid braces i'm getting, and also because of v.c.e. stupid school, why does it have to be so time consuming. and boring. and hard.
i'm working 12-4 on saturday and 8-12 on sunday. this is a problem. i will be out at urban vibes until say .. 1am , get home at 2am sleep for 4 hours then work for 4 hours. can't be good for me .. but oh well, i need the money. i'm in debt $70!! argh how did i let it come to owing my friends money. i'm such a bum .. oh dear i shouldn't say that anymore, my little friend jasmine (3yrs old) walked in before and tapped me on the shoulder and pronounced 'amy, your a bum!' cute, but i don't think her mother will be pleased.
last weekend (5 day weekend for me, thursday-sick, monday and friday- no school) i went to metung and dragged kathryn along with me. she was seasick after about half an hour. poor thing. dad took his new lady friend and i really don't think she was too impressed .. well i don't know but she seemed a bit sour the whole time. eep i shouldn't say that, shouldn't be such a bitch. anyway the weekend was splendin, we camped on shore (but had to continuously wade through water which was colder than ice to get to the boats). there was no rain or thunderstorms as the weather forcats predicted either! *cheers*. one eventful night we were walking to the beach through the bush with no torch and no moonlight, our only giudance was the fence and it was pitch black. kath and i were in the lead, scared shitless, with the 7 twelve year olds huddled behind us. we got about halfway when this HUGE black shadow bounded across the path and into the fence. it was the most scariest moment of my life. kath and i turned, screamed and ran. we couldn't see and the others didn't know what had happened, only that me and kath were running and shreiking 'theres a wolf, theres a fox, theres a murderer in the bushes!!!'. they all screamed, pissed themselves and we all sprinted back to camp although we didn't really know the way so we ended up running into tree's and injuring ourselves. it was halarious now i think about it .. well it turned out to be a kangaroo .. not very terrifying i know, but still. oh and on the last day i had vowed to seek revenge on ashley, one of the 12y/o boys, so me and kath hooked the tent poles together until they were abut 6 meters high, put ashleys hat on top and hooked it onto the highest branch possible. then when they returned from the beach i pointed out that there was a strange bird in the tree. very funny. i also drew on two of the boys with black permanent markers, giving them huge eyebrows and moustaches. you had to be there .. and kath n me read all 4 magazines and ate all $30 worth of lollies and junk food. i feel fat
boy i babble alot, it all sounds like crap but when it happened it was interesting, i swear!
yesterday i took the dog for a walk, and being the unco person i am and being the crazy dog she is, i ended up face down on the ground, screaming in pain with blood running down my hands and knee's and trying desperatly to hold onto the leach with what seemed like broken wrists. well it wasn't that serious, i have huge grazes and bruises now but thats all .. still, i missed out on volleyball tonight (our team lost again, did i mention we suck?) so i think some puppy obedience training is in order. will have to look into that.

in maths at the moment but the teacher isn't here *cheers* .. and today finishes @ 12.30! what a wonderful day .. have been discussing what to do this weekend with natalie all lesson. decided to go to urban vibes on saturday nite and work the rest of the weekend ... sigh .. i've been debating with myself whether to quit or not. there's a job opening at wendy's in southland which is right near my house whereas mc donalds where i work now is an hour away - train and tram. theres heaps or pro's to wendy's but they pay $2 an hour less!! i think i'll get some training in the cafe at maccas and then quit at the end of the year. we shall see.
i've also debating what colour to do my hair. i'm cutting out pics of those i like and hopefully i can take it to the hairdressers and they will work their magic .. all this after the colour i have in now washes out. hopefully the hairdresser won't screw my hair up .. but that's a risk i'll take i guess. i just won't pay them if they do a shitty job.

not going to school tomorrow. muahaha. why not? well .. because i don't want to really. mother dearest said i could stay home if i cleaned the bathroom, i think this is a fair compromise. alright i've been thinking about this exchange to america. my first concern now is the orthadontist. if i get braces this year *shriek* then i might not be able to go overseas, unless i want to go to a orthodontist over there, which would be quite a hassle ... also with vce i realllyyy don't want to do year 11 when i come back, i'd be behind all my friends. when they're out of school i'd still be in year 12! this to me, is utterly terrifying and i want to avoid it if i can. this is so complicated ... grr maybe i'll only go for a few months, damnit.
anyway, i'm getting my photos back tomorrow. i shall have 60 photos to stick up on my wall as i wish, can't wait. i think my wall is going ot fall down sometime soon with all the things i stick up on it. -> note to self. water your plant, or it will die. feed your rat, or it will die. check to see if the mouse and budgie are still alive, then feed or they will die nah i'm not that mean ... still i think i've been neglecting my pets lately, too much time on this friggen internet ok this entire post has been babble, for anyone who reads this, i apologise

i got bitten by a horse today! not a friendly nip but a full on painful bite. i was informed the horse liked to nibble on things, so i kindly offered my sleeve and as he was happily munching away he happened to grab a handful of my hand in his mouth. i guess its my fault .. in a way. so at the moment i am immobile in the right hand; i am typing this with my left. how annoying ... tomorrow is open day at the school and im a tour guide. school finishes at 6pm!!! then i have two assignments due in the next day .. how i cope i have no idea

did you know that an average of 400,000 americans manage to get themselves injured by their bedding each year! so by the time you finish reading this, one poor american has wounded themselves by their blanket. i find this astonishing, if not hilarious. next year i'll be living in america for about 6 months, and am wondering if i should be excited or terrified. i'll just make sure i take my own pillow.
